2.5 Communications. We retain records of communications between Meridian Marketing and our clients including emails and SMS messages for service delivery and quality assurance purposes.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 To deliver the services outlined in your Service Agreement.

3.2 To communicate with you regarding your account, service updates, and performance reporting.

3.3 To improve our services and systems based on aggregated and anonymized performance data.

3.4 To process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

3.5 To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3.6 To create anonymized case studies and performance summaries for marketing purposes unless you have opted out in writing.

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 Client and customer data is stored within the GoHighLevel platform which maintains its own security infrastructure and data protection protocols.

4.2 We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

4.3 Access to client data within our systems is limited to Meridian Marketing personnel directly involved in delivering your services.

4.4 Payment information is not stored by Meridian Marketing. Payments processed through third party platforms including Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App are governed by those platforms’ respective privacy policies.

5. DATA SHARING

5.1 We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your customers’ information to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 We do not share your data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances. With service providers necessary to deliver our services such as the GoHighLevel platform. Where required by law or legal process. With your explicit written consent.

5.3 Third party platforms used in the delivery of our services including GoHighLevel, Google, Facebook, and others have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review those policies directly.

6. YOUR CUSTOMERS’ DATA

6.1 You remain the owner of all customer data you provide to Meridian Marketing. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from your customers to share their contact information with third party service providers such as Meridian Marketing for marketing purposes.

6.3 We will only use your customers’ data for the specific purposes outlined in your Service Agreement and will not contact your customers for any purpose unrelated to your service delivery.

6.4 Upon termination of services all customer data is removed from Meridian Marketing’s active systems within 30 days.

7. DATA RETENTION

7.1 We retain client business information for a period of 12 months following the termination of services for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

7.2 Customer data provided for the purpose of delivering marketing services is removed from active systems within 30 days of service termination.

7.3 Anonymized performance data may be retained indefinitely for internal analysis and service improvement purposes.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

8.1 You have the right to request access to the information Meridian Marketing holds about your business at any time.

8.2 You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate information we hold.

8.3 You have the right to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations.

8.4 You have the right to opt out of your anonymized data being used in case studies or marketing materials at any time by submitting a written request.
